ABOUT
Spark is Paramount’s global employee summit that features speakers, panels and workshops that bring employees together around the company’s mission, vision and values. To get people excited and drive participation, we launched a 360-degree campaign that highlighted the opportunities to get equipped, engaged and inspired that the event offered.
Through video content, promo materials, digital activations, an AR experience and more, we were able to deliver a campaign that sparked knowledge, creativity and conversation.















INITIAL CONCEPTS
The event strategy aimed to globally present this year's Spark as a vibrant festival accessible to all employees. Our approach involved crafting an engaging aesthetic characterized by playful "inflated" elements. These elements symbolized Spark's essence — to expand the mind with profound insights, innovative ideas, and beyond.
